This glass double edging machine is suitable for grinding the straight line double edging of flat glass. Rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing can be done at one time. Gliding of grinding head holder adopts double straight line rolling glide. Double ball screw rod transmission stabilizes moving speed and eliminates moving gap, reduces resistance and abrasion, and ensures repeated positioning. This glass double edging machine adopts PLC control system. Set parameters via interface and finish processing at one time. The transmission belt drive adopts frequency conversion motor to control speed, constant rule, output and advanced equipment to control. Polishing adopts pneumatic and automatic compensation device.
The glass double edging machine has stable structure, precise and smooth transmission system, advanced configuration control system and super size processing capacity. It is suitable for the processing of furniture glass and architecture glass.

Glass double edging production line is consisted of a straight line double edger with 20 wheels, another straight line double edger with 22 wheels (including safety angle) and a 90° transfer table. PLC control system sets processing parameters via interface, and finishes processing at one time.
