Design system: (noted question)
1. Control the early moisture content: The moisture of wet fly ash which just discharged from the power plant is in commonly around 45%. If dry the fly ash at once, the production cost is higer, it will form bigger pressure to the equipment. If pile up at a draughty area for about 15 days, the moisture of fy ash reduced to about 20%, then handle the materials is a better way.
2. The selection of dust collector. Because of fine fly ash particle, light density, in negative pressure state after drying, it is easy to take away by airflow, lead to the fluid media change, and the dusty gas moisture is bigger.
Dust catcher should be based on the above process state choice.
