The buckwheat hulling line is one of Qiaopai Groups patent products. It consists of two units: input hopper, bucket elevator, dehullers and electric control cabinet.
Cleaning and sizing unit can clean various impurities in buckwheat, then size the buckwheat into 7 grades.
During the dehulling process, the buckwheat kernel-shell can be separated automatically at the same time, and meanwhile sort out the brokens from kernels. It adopts dry method dehulling process, no preheating to buckwheat required beforehand. It features easy operation, high percentage of kernels recovery, high percentage of whole kernels and perfect kernel-shell separation works.
