Water Welder,also called Water-Hydrogen Flame Welder,is widely used in melting gold,silver,platinum in jewelry making; soldering and brazing;sealing small quartz bottles.
Working Principle:A pure stoichiomertric mixture is obtained by water electrolysis, which uses an electric current ot dissociate the water molecules:
electrolysis: 2 H2O → 2 H2 + O2 ; combustion: 2 H2 + O2 → 2 H2O.
Water Welder is a portable gas generator producing mixed oxygen and hydrogen gases cheaply from distilled water.The mixes gases can not only give an extremely hot flame with temperature up to 2800 °C from pen size torches, but one which is sufficiently clean to ensure that the work piece is not contaminated.No gas storage,safe and reliable.
