Perspex Flame Polisher, also called Acrylic Flame Polisher or Flame Polisher,is widely used in polishing acrylic or perspex letters and sheets;melting gold,silver,platinum in jewelry making.
Perspex Flame Polisher is a portable gas generator producing mixed oxygen and hydrogen gases cheaply from distilled water.The mixes gases can not only give an extremely hot flame with temperature up to 2800 °C from pen size torches, but one which is sufficiently clean to ensure that the work piece is not contaminated.No gas storage,safe and reliable.
Working Principle:A pure stoichiomertric mixture is obtained by water electrolysis, which uses an electric current ot dissociate the water molecules:
electrolysis: 2 H2O → 2 H2 + O2 ; combustion: 2 H2 + O2 → 2 H2O.
