1. The Japanese original photocell eye is accurate and reliable, and suitable for products with bottom-tray or without bottom-tray.
2. The encryption roller type conveying chain makes bearing quality better and life longer. Transmit by motor with high- power, stepless speed regulating, working more stable.
3. Oversized cooling fan makes more stable for finalizing the design outside of the stove. Stainless steel heating pipe makes heat preservation longer, electricity economic, life longer.
4. Vortex fan with high-power ensure enough circle wind outside of stove. Turbine reducer provides the film feeding work with high-power motor, makes the work faster and jitter-free.
5. Adjustable film-feeding device and inductive switch can control the length of film, to make the film thicker and loss much less.
6. High sensitive thermostat combines with the cutting knife complete the special hand, makes temperature control more accurate and sealing firmer.
7. Two sections of independent transmission, dual-motor govern the speed, the length of controlling has 3.8m, and the delivery of supplies is more stable.
8. Block-drive adopts the high-strength double-billots air cylinder, to make obstruction more forceful and working more reliable.
9. Retraction type baffle makes more useful for packing film.
Scope of application: Be used for multi-row or single-row packaging of purified water, zip-top can, beer, pharmaceutical, infusion bottle etc. Performance is stable and output is high. After packaging, product is neat, compact, and beautiful.

As your requirement, conveyor of shrink packer can be designed into the Teflon net or SSWM. The feeding direction of the whole column packer can be designed in the left or right.
