BZK water-ring vacuum pump is the negative pressure forming equipment, which post-tensioning prestressed pore assists in grouting by vacuum. In the process, it can make and keep the negative pressure at -0.06 ～ -0.1 Mpa in the prestressed pore ,and grout mortar from the other end until filled the entire passageways. The vacuum pump can be used with HB3 piston mortar and achieve the better grouting effect, also can matched with 2HB6 screw grouting machine.
