Delikon EMI Shielding Heavy Series Over Braided Flexible Conduit and Heavy Series Connector play a crucial role in the field of automation, and the braided conduits and fittings are designed to protect PLC and control cables to operate reliably under harsh industrial environments, such as mechanical abuse, hot metal welding splashes, and or dusty conditions. In the manufacturing industry, there will also be a need for reliable cable conduit of blocking the electromagnetic field. To overcome this difficulty, Delikon EMI Shielding Heavy Series Over Braided Flexible Conduit and Heavy Series Connector are introduced. Delikon Shielding Conduit is to isolate wires from the environment through which the cable runs. The Delikon braided conduit metallic screen completely surrounds the sensitive and transmitting automation power and signal cables. The Delikon over braided flexible conduit system absorbs the transmitted signals, and causes a current within the body of the screen. This current is absorbed by the ground connection through the heavy series metal connector.
By absorbing these transmitted signals before they reach the sensitive circuitry, the protected signal cable is kept clean of electromagnetic interference, maximizing shielding effectiveness.
The Delikon braided conduit braiding covers the whole equipment wires bundles. The connectors on the ends of the flexible braided conduit are made of metal, and the braiding is clamped to the metal connector to give total shielding coverage.
