Product Description
Sodium Lignosulphonate(lignosulfnate) concrete water reducer is mainly for concrete mixture as water-reducing addities. It is low dosage,low air content. The water reducing rate is high. It adopts most kinds of cement. It can be
confected as eary age strength enhancer for concrete, concrete retarder,antifreeze, pumping aids ect. There is nearly no precipitated product in the liquid addities which is made from Sodium Lignosulphonate and Naphtalene-Group
high-efficiency water reducer. It can lower the mixed water requirements, promoter the worability of concrete mixture and reduce formulation cost. The sodium lignosulphonate is fit for building project, dam project, railway project
etc. It is the most economical one. Our Sodium Lignosulphonate( HF8) can also be used as water-coal paste addities, which will improve the buring rate of water-coal paste.
Main Performance
It can reduce 14% of water consumption at least.
It can improve the mixture of concrete.
There will be improvement for compression strength by more than 15% equally in 3-28 days.
It can reduce the heat hydration in initial stage of the cement by a large margin.
There is no corrosion on the concrete reinforcing bar.
Packaging、Storage and Transportation
Packaging: Plastic woven bags lined with platic film bags,25kg/bag.
Storage: It shall be stored in waterproof, rainproof to avoid agglomeration.If there is aggolomeration, smashing it or dissolve it will not affect the using effect.The product is harmless and does not deteriorate in long term
