Introduction of Metal Chip Briquette Press:
On the condition of not adding additive, the briquette press can compress all kinds of cast iron, aluminum, copper,brass,mild steel etc metal chips to high density metal blocks.It also allows for the reclamation of valuable coolant, reduces floor space storage requirements, handling and transportation costs.
As the customer required, we can supply automatic feeder and conveyor to eased the workforce intensity.
We can supply the electric cooler,which can meet 24 hours production.
Performance:
Electrical part adopts PLC control, anti-jamming, high automatic degree, simple operation. Using integrated hydraulic valve block and Chase inherited by valve, to prevent the leakage of oil, reducing the oil system and improve the stability of the system. Rack part of the overall steel castings, welded steel plate to prevent cracking and improve the stability of the equipment reliability and lifetime use. Cylinder in-line type fuel tank, increase the movement speed and productivity. The other with automatic screw feeder according to user conditions, chain automatic feeder out, reducing the labor intensity.
Applicability:
