3. material enter, QC checking work finish within 24 hours, and keep records including text, and sample or photo.
4. cutting and print start, first lot shall get sign from production manager.
5. each lot work on sewing machine start with engineer monitoring, each worker is surely informed the key points.
6. daily sewing machine inspection by random, records shall be did for improving.
7. final inspection during packaging procedure, make relative records for improving next time.
8. orgnize shipment, make records.
9. follow client's comment, make records.
