Working principles
JDC series concrete mixer installs several mixing blades along the tube wall circumference. When working, mixing tank revolves around its own axis, making use of blades to segment, lift, fall and impact materials, so as to mix materials with keeping materials moving all the time.
Before formal volume production, this concrete mixer should stir 0.8m³mortar in 10-15 minutes, and starts lubrication pump by routine. Before daily normal production, lubrication system gets started and should be oiled for 10-15 minutes.
When used, it works according to the operator command or the progress set by system. Requirements:
1. Putting aggregate within 20s
2. Putting powder materials within 15s
3. Putting water within 17.5s
4. Mixing time between 35s and 40s
5. Discharging time is 12s
