The beneficiation method has something with the composition & its nature of the ore. Though later the floatation and optional floccilation came up, the gravity separation is also the main way for tin concentration, especially for the allivial tin ore.
For alluvial tin ore, gravity separation is the main way to beneficate, and the gravity concentration plants like jigger, shaking table, swirler, centrifuge washing machine are involved. Multi-milling & multi-beneficiation will be adopted because its liberarion needs to be fine. The tin ore is crisp and usually it is milled by 2-4 stages milling.
The main sepaaration equipment for tin ore is jigger & shaking table, while sometimes spiral chute is involved. One question for this tin ore beneficiation is how to reduce the over-crushing of the ore. To avoid the liberated ore going to the milling phrase again is the key. At this moment, the practical scheme is a close circle of multi-milling, multi-separation and screening.
