Two-Ply Knit cleanroom wipers
Microcosm Controller manufacture Two-Ply cleanroom polyester knit wipers and Two-Ply Knit cleanroom microfiber wipers, there are two layers fabric of Two-Ply cleanroom wipes quilted by punctuate mould of Ultrasonic machine hot pressing, laundered and packed in ISO Class 4 cleanroom ,besides the Two-Ply wipes low in particulates and extractable, and are more absorbent than standard knit wipes because of the quilted texture’s ability to retain more liquids. Two-Ply Knit cleanroom wipers are considered the “gold standard” for wipers, and are perfectly suited for ultra-clean environments.
Two-Ply cleanroom polyester knit wipers consist of 100 percent continuous filament interlocked knit synthetic polyester. Fabric weight can be 2 x 115gsm, 2 x 135gsm and 2 x 160gsm. Size can be 9’’x9’’, 12’’x12’’ and other size can be customized. Sealed edge can be laser edge and ultrasonic edge.
Two-Ply cleanroom microfiber knit wipers consist of 100 percent continuous filament interlocked knit synthetic microfiber yarn ( 30% Nylon and 70% Polyester ). Fabric weight can be 2 x 100m, 2 x 150m and 2 x 170m. Size can be 9’’x9’’, 12’’x12’’ and other size and microfiber material can be customized, edge can be laser edge and ultrasonic edge.
