Belt weigher, manufactured and installed on conveyor belt, is used for weighing and measuring of continuous material flow and cumulant. It has features of high accuracy, reliability and meeting the needs of various poor environment industry occasions. It is widely used for industries of building material, chemical, metallurgy, coal, grain, forage and electric power, etc.
1. Main features:
1.1 Weighing range: 0.1~5000t/h；
1.2 Weighing mode: single idler, double idlers, multi idlers;
1.3 Weighing accuracy: ±0.25%；
1.4 Max inclination and idler grooved angle of belt conveyor: incl ination: 0°~18°; grooved angle: 0°~30°;
1.5 Istrument display instantaneous flow rate, cumulant and signal remote transmission ;
1.6 Realize batch dosed feeding;
1.7 Alarm for overrun of belt load;
1.8 In the condition of power off, the data in memory storage will be saved for ever.
1.9 Operation environment: instrument: -10~50℃; scale frame: -30~50℃；relative humidity: ≤90%；power supply: 220VC+10%-15%，50Hz±2%；
2. Working theory:
Belt weigher is used for weighing measurement of various flow rate and continuous material.
The load cell gets some belt load, the longer the measuring section belt length is, the less measuring result will be affected by environment. Load cell measure the belt load, and speed sensor measure the speed of belt. These two variables multiply and get the instantaneous flow rate. Then the accumulation of instantaneous flow rate will get the total amount of conveying material.
3. Structure features:
3.1 The material load on belt will be added directly to load cell (no lever ratio);
3.2 Weighing facility is two sets of stainless steel parallel spring leaf connecting with fixed frame, the spring leaf perform the function of fulcrum, no wear, less maintenance, high accuracy and reliable.
3.3 Fixed on belt conveyor frame by 4 support screw, no need change the frame of belt conveyor, easy to install, adjust and remove.
3.4 Has own calibration device and standard weights, accuracy calibration can be conducted at any time.
3.5 Load cell: high impedance, high sensitivity, amplitude resolution ratio, long-term antifatigue, full sealed, strong anticorrosion, long-term stability;
3.6 Speed sensor: high resolution ratio, good sealing property; reliable operation;
4. Measuring instrument:
The instrument is Germany Schenck VEG20600, or LCXK series which was researched and developed by our company with technology imported from Germany Schenck. The LCXk series has many functions of human-machine interface in many languages; communication with upper computer; printer interface; keyboard startup; fault alarm; data protection when power off; and many other functions. The instrument software is also fully functioning, such as automatically bare, automatically calibrate, self test and strong ability of anti-interference.
5. Supply range:
5.1 Belt weighter frame assembly (include load cell and speed sensor, weighing idler will be discussed separately).
5.2 Instrument system and fully sealed cabinet;
5.3 Fully sealed terminal box.
