Introduction Forage Dryer:
The unit contains: stove, dryer, conveyor, chaff cutter, splitter, strapping machine, fan, motor, operation cabinet, etc. This unit can make the fresh grass with water content of 60% -75% be done by cut - delivery - dried - Separation - Binding (granulation, milling), and keep the fresh color, fragrance and nutrients. Ancillary equipment: hot stove, dryer, conveyor, chaff cutter, splitter, strapping machine, fan,variable speed motor, operation cabinet etc.Based on coal as fuel,forage dryer can produce a strong hot wind through a high temperature stove, make the material in drying cylinder in direct contact with hot air, spirally, according to curve forward, to achieve the purpose of drying. Output per hour 200-1000KG/H,power 39.9-110KW,using speed control system with temperature control, is a one-stop production from raw materials to finished product storage.
Drying product: green color, fragrance and retain the fresh grass’s color, taste and nutrition, good taste, not only enhance the appetite for livestock, but also improve economic benefits.
