Application:
As transformer oil is oxidized and carbonized, it will effect the insulation performance badly. In order to achieve optimal dielectric strength, ZY single stage insulating oil filtration machine builds the high effective vacuum system and multi-stage precision filtering system, which can separate solids, water, trace water, gas from oil quickly. This vacuum oil filtration machine is widely applied in power generation plants, transformer stations, electric transmission, industrial and mining enterprises, railway transportation for purifying the unqualified transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, circuit breaker oil,cable oil. ZY insulating oil filtration machine also has the functions of vacuum drying, vacuum filling and live line work on the spot.
Features:
1. Single stage vacuum system and multi-stage precision filtration system, combines with advanced dehydration, degasification devices.
2. High quality filter element with one micron filtration precision, vacuum flash vaporization technology to remove water and gas in oil.
3. High effetive Z type electric heating system, less surface load, and no bubble during heating process, oil heating average
4. Fully automatic temperature controlling system, digital type temperature gauge and temperature sensor.
5. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, oil foam sensor, pressure protecting system and motor overload alarm system can ensure operation of the equipment with high performance.
6. Working together with BZ transformer oil regeneration system to restore color and remove remove acid, oxide, free carbon for making the purified oil more transparent.
