Only little mixed quantity of Rapid-setting Admixture can make the water-reducing ration to 5-15%, greatly shortening the setting time and demoulding time of GRC products and concrete of CSA Cement or High Alumina Cement (Calcium Aluminate Cement). At the same time, it does not depress the grade strength of cement.
On the contrary it will make the cement and concrete more rapid harden and more better early strength.
Recommended Quantity: 0.5 to 5.0% of cement weight.
Cement Strength after using Rapid-setting Admixture:
not less than Grade Strength Min(1d), not less than Grade Strength Min(28d).
Setting Time of Cement (CSA Cement, Standard Consistence, Net Cement Slurry):
initial time 5-10 minutes, final time 15-20 minutes
