Our Filler Masterbatch is made of high quality Calcium Carbonate and other special additives after extrusion molding from high performance twin-screw machine. It is widely used for polyolefin material in the process of extrusion, injection, plastic blowing, film blowing, casting, etc. When it is put into use,can reduce material cost and improve the character of final products.
Specs:
Appearance: Milky white and uniform granular
Calcium carbonate content:75% to 85%
Average particle size for caco3:2-8μm
MFI: 1-5g/10mins
Our caco3 filler masterbatches has good characteristics as follows,
1.Excellent dispersion,no white spot
2.Reduce material cost and improve the character of final products.
3.Nontoxic,odorless,environmental protection.
Usage: Widely use for blown film,injection moulding, Extrusion on plastic products.
Application ratio:From 10% to 40% (different ratio decided by the product and user).
