Features and Benefits:
This PF series impact crusher is a new-type and high-efficiency crushing equipment mainly used to crush coarse, middle coase and fine materials. It features small volume, simple structure, high crushing ratio(up to 30), low energy consumption, large production capacity, even and cubic product particles.
Working principle:
Dropping into the high speed revolving turn-plate from the entrance of the machine, the stone materials are crushed by striking with slung-shots which are scattered around the turn-plate in umbrella shape. After striking against one another, these crushed materials will form a vortex flow between the turn-plate and the shell to create a multiple strike, friction and crushing, finally, those products will be discharged out.
