Colorbond XMA prepainted steel has been developed by BHP
to provide a good cost effective product with outdoor durability and
formability.

Typical Uses: Hot water system wrappers. Air conditioner panels, garden
sheds, Poultry sheds.

Preferred Substrate: HDG SS 340class 2 Z275 (G90.) ASTM A 653M 01a

Standards:
Substrate: ASTM A653M 01a. Paint Coating: AS 2728

Dimensions:
Thickness: from 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm
Width: from 600 mm to 1320mm

Primer Coat: Universal corrosion inhibitive primer, Nominal thickness 5 pm
each side.

Protective Film: Colorbond XMA can be supplied with a specially designed
polyethylene strippable film on the top side. The polyethylene film should
be removed from the painted steel strip within 12 months of delivery from
UNICOIL or within 6 months if the product has been exposed to outdoor
ageing.
