We are international consultancy firm, the Government of Ghana and Ecowas, in Africa has received funds from the INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (IDA) with loan number: IDA CREDIT NO: 3964 GH, and AGENCE FRANCAISE DE DEVELOPMENT (AFD), AFD with LOAN NO: CGH 6004.01.G, towards the cost of community based rural development projects (CBRDP) on POVERTY ALLIVIATION PROGRAM and intends to apply part of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the supply of the following items:
1. Hospital bed sheets and Pilow cases
2. Firtelizers
3. Pharmaceutical products
4. Animal Feeds/ingredients
5. T-shirts/Umbrellas
6. Stationeries
7. Building Materials, Tiles, Marbles and Cement
8. Treated Mosquito Nets & Knapsack sprayers
9. Computer, Laptop and Desk Tops
10. Medical products and condoms
11. Socks and Towel
12. Syringes, needles, surgical instruments
13. Rice, Sugar & Seafood products
14. Machinery Equipment and Accessories
Tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines of the procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana and Ecowas. If you can handle the supply of any of the above items, please indicate your area of specialization with details information of the product you will be able to supply so that we can inform you the total quantity needed. We are using our contacts to facilitate the award of this contract to your company and our interest here is our commission of 1% of any contract sum paid.
