We are looking for Equipment for batch production and packaging of Thermoplastic Polyurethane Film Gloves.
The glove has the form of a flat body with a circular shape, constituted by three overlapped layers made of a TPU film, in which a first layer and a second layer are joined together along a welding line, in correspondence of the entire length of the respective perimeters, thus defining an interspace inside which a liquid is, while the third layer is joined to said first and second layer along a portion of said welding line, so to define a interspace accessible through a side for the hand of the user.
Functions of equipment:
Automatically measuring volume, making gloves, filling, sealing, and cutting. The machine must be equipped one color printer to print a picture on the Upper layer. Picture must be reusable, not washable.
Packaging in separate bags.
