Leakage current maximum: I < /= 0.01CV or 3uA whichever is greater (after two minutes)
Shelf life (at 105 degrees Celsius): After 1,000 hours of no load test, leakage current, capacitance and dissipation factor are same as load life value
Applicable for all kinds of electronic circuits
