Dear Sir or Madam:
We are writing to you to inquire about your ability to supply Entreposto Aduaneiro de Angola, a large bonded warehouse facility owned by the Government of Angola and managed by a Swiss firm known as Cotecna Inspection Services SA with the following products. All products need to have acceptable packaging standards with clearly legible expiration dates. All products need to be shipped in 20 or 40 feet fully loaded containers. Prices must be quoted CIF Luanda.
All products must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months after arrival in country.
Here is a list of some of the products of interest :
Sweetened condensed milk in tins (20 cont.20')
100% fruit juices in 1 litre sizes and in individual ration sizes (10 cont.20')
Tinned beef and fish products such as : corned beef, beef stew, sardines in tins, tuna in tins. All must have easy open lids. (10 cont.20' meat + 10 cont.20' fish)
Beer in cans (10 cont.20')
Wine in bottles or in UHT packs (or both) (10 cont.20')
Fruit in cans (family, individual packs and catering sizes as well) (10 cont.20')
Tomato ketchup (well known brands such as Heinz) (2 cont.20')
Tomato paste in cans (small sizes preferred) (10 cont.20')
Soap bars (20x1,5 kg) (30 cont.20')
Please note that Bureau Veritas International (BIVAC) must inspect all goods in order to qualify for a Clean Report of Findings (CRF) before containers are loaded.
