ATC for Machining Centers Dear Sirs, We determined in own new Machining center that we will used Tool magazine-ATC for 40 tools. The conceptions and main dimensions of the Machine is shown in the Picture No1: Spindle box are moving in “Y” directions, and together with column perform moving in “Z” directions on the bed’s linear high precisions roller systems. ATC will stand on the foundation behind to the bed. Tool changed point is fixed on axis “Y” and “Z”. Information of the ATC: -Tools capacity 40 tools -Max tool diameter 100 mm -Max tool length 400 mm - Max tool Weight 15 kg -Tool Changing Time 4…6 sec -Spindle Taper ISO 50 -Type of Tools DIN 69871/1 -Type of Pull Stud ISO/DIS 7388/2 We hope you will send detail information about: 1. Tool magazines changer type for 40 tools. 2. Drawings end scheme for main assembly parts and coupling the Tool magazine with the main machine. 3.
