The plywood
Core: poplar, combined, hardwood, Birch etc. Face/back: Okoume, Bintangor, poplar, birch, pine etc; Grade: A-F grade. Glue: MR, WBP and Melamine. Thickness: from 3.6 -40mm
The film faced plywood Thickness is from 4 -40MM . Glue:MR, WBP and Melamine. Film: black film, brown film, Dynea film. Core: poplar, birch, hardwood and other combined core.
1, Black film, poplar core
Glue: MR, WBP; Surface: black film, 240g /m2; Core: poplar; MC: 8-14%.
2, imported film
Thickness: 8 -40MM ; Glue: WBP; Surface: imported film, 120g /m2; Core: poplar, birch; MC: 8-14%.
3, anti-slip film-faced plywood
Thickness: 8 -40MM ; Glue: WBP; Surface: imported film, 165g /m2; Core: poplar, birch; MC: 8-14%.
MDF&Particle board

Size tolerance:
Length: +/ -3MM ; Width +/ -3MM ; Thickness: +/-0.2 -0.6MM ; Diagonal: 3MM ; Frequency of use: 20-50 times; Compared with iron moulds: reused and constancy;
Mode of packing
Inside:pallet is wrapped with a 0.2mm plastic bag.
Outer packing:pallets are covered with plywood and then PVC/steel tape for strength.
