DN series of PET strap auto-production line made by Sino-America Jinan Deen Technologies Develop Co., LTD.
It is the most modern production line, which adopts international advanced technologies and be researched and developed by engineering technologists in our company, the guidance of German deluxe engineer and Shandong research center of machinery. It owns five national patents.
It is the only system that used of PLC touch screen control and dual channels (four channels is available) system in China, and of high-degree automation, just tap slightly, the full auto-production will be started.
The process and characters are as follows:
1. The most advanced of equipment and craft technologies:
DN series of PET strap auto-production line really carry out vacuum auto-feeding, hot-air circulating drying, dual screws extruding, singly or doubly produce the straps in various specifications (width from 0.9mm to 32mm) with multi-functions. We make sure it is of energy saving and low noise under the accurately energy-saving temperature-controlling system.
Moreover, it carries out the target of low investment and high profit, which is the fortune-creating equipment with great economy benefit for the small or moderate enterprises and plastics-making industry.
2. Raw material recycling:
The production line uses 100% recycled polyester materials and directly melt, extrude them, then make the environmental protecting PET straps with high intension, whose intension is stronger than raw materials of recycled granular and the transparence is similar as the full-new polyester materials.
Furthermore, the straps can be break up as it used of 100% recycled PET bottle flakes, even it becomes waste, may also have good use and fit with the current worldwide popular theory of "circulation economy".
3. High efficiency and energy saving-:
Multi-functions of one machine, and low energy consumption (50% of electricity-saving). It adopts dual screws to extrude, easy to operate and can produce PET straps of various specifications. It can be just operated by two workers per section, which saves manpower.

The full set production line is well installed with import transducers, famous motors, excellent carbon steels and 38GrMoAl, we can make sure it can run stably and produce PET straps with nice quality.
